In 2017 our Jarressa Estate Pinnacle was sourced from Shiraz fruit grown in our Barossa vineyard. This wine displays intense aromas of blackcurrant, gooseberry and hint of smoky oak. The palate is filled with ripe berry fruits and coffee beans accompanied by firm tannins and lingering oak.

Tasting Note
In 2017 our Jarressa Estate Pinnacle was sourced from Shiraz fruit grown in our Barossa vineyard. This wine displays intense aromas of blackcurrant, gooseberry and hint of smoky oak. The palate is filled with ripe berry fruits and coffee beans accompanied by firm tannins and lingering oak.
Tasting Note
The tannins in fruit and oak are tight and long. The rich fruit is balanced by elegant natural acidity. The wine is full-bodied. The four varieties in this blend are classic combinations of Bordeaux. As harmonious and beautiful as a quartet, it was named Quartet, the meaning of musical quartet.36% Cabernet Sauvignon gives the wine a skeleton, tannins and a rich color, filling it with a sense of strength,28% of Cabernet Franc brings a rich aroma of spices, herbs and soil, making the wine more complex, Merlot and Petit Verdot brings soft and wonderful taste and fruity taste.

Tasting Note
This wine is deep ruby red in appearance. The nose is attractive and intense with typical aromas from the different varieties in the blend. Cabernet Sauvignon shows green pepper, leafy and herbal varietal aromas while Shiraz adds aromas of cherry and licorice on the nose. Upfront, dark fruits and long grainy tannins dominate the palate in addition to the maturation on French oak adding spice and cedar like characters. The long finish is well supported by dry and fine grained tannins.

This wine is a lovely deep reddish purple in colour. A rich wine with aromas of blackcurrant, gooseberry and mulberry with notes of smoky oak. The palate is filled with ripe dark fruits and coffee beans accompanied by firm tannins and lingering oaky finish. Maturation in oak barrel gives more richness in aroma and flavours as well as softer tannins, providing complexity and structure to this full bodied wine.

Our 2018 McLaren Vale Chardonnay displays a bright lemon color with an intense bouquet of white florals with fresh fruity aromas. On the palate, it has lively lemon, green apple and ripe quince flavours combined with notes of white peach. Purity of layered zesty fruitiness is integrated with soft acidity and highlighted by a long crispy finish.
