Sourced from the beautiful Clare Valley in the north of South Australia, JE 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon was fermented on skins for 6 days, aged in combination of old French and American oak. This wine shows purple colour with deep solid core, good varietal characte「s of vanilla and currants which can be enjoyed with all types of sizzling and spicy dishes. This wine is drinking well now however careful cellaring will be rewarded.
