The tannins are tightly structured and silky. The palate is concentrated and intense, with ripe black fruit aromas, jam and oak aromas slowly released in the mouth, and very smooth and round in the mouth.
This classic blend is structured to create a complex but approachable style building on the strengths of each variety. A generously proportioned wine that has an enticing bouquet of ripe blackcurrant, mixed berries, exotic spices, cocoa and subtle oak overtones. Soft, round and flavour some in the mouth with outstanding aromatics, ripe fruit characters and perfectly integrated tannin structures.
Aged in old American oak barrels for 24 months.
